What happened to that guy who guaranteed a Mavs win? i guess he is done posting here for this season. Guys, we won a playoff game when Tim scored only one field goal. 1 of 9.

That was a championship performance in the 2nd half. Props to the Mavs for not going away. That looked to be there best shot.
i almost, almost, feel sorry for Dirk. the guy is NEVER going to have a ring, this was his last chance, IMO. but nah, him and the rest of the Mavs and Dallas too!

This team just continues to surprise me in a pleasant way. I thought for sure they were going to lose, but they came out and I think Doug collins had it right when he said that Pop must be exstatic that this team is beginning to get it. As in tough defense.

A gutsy call by Pop to take out a bone-headed TP of the game in the late 4th quarter for leaving Jason Terry in the corner for a thee-point shot.

A great character game for the Spurs.

George Hill is now officially better than Tony Parker.

A year ago we couldn't have dreamed of pulling out a playoff win like this. Brilliant to see the youngsters win the day in the 3rd quarter.
Word. Props to Pop from learning from the error of his ways last year and giving the youngsters some run. They played better than the Big 3 for much of the game and were the primary reason we came back. Anyone notice George Hill knocking down a corner 3 or two? Lol.

throwing away the ball to Manu
1.5 seconds left on the clock, Dallas scores to leave them down 3.

Duncan threw a long inbound pass out to halfcourt to a contested Manu, who was only able to tap the ball out of bounds.

The refs ruled there was 0.1 second left, Dallas inbounded to JET who flopped all over the three point line trying to draw a call on Manu, which will assuredly be DallasFan's excuse later.
He threw a long pass to Manu, and the ball bounced out of bounds with .1 left on the clock. Announcers said that Duncan should've called time out. You could tell the ref$ were desperately trying to give the Mavs one final chance, but the game was basically over. You cannot legally have a shot with only .1 left on the clock, only a tip in, and that would only be 2 points. Ballgame.
    Thanks!

Najera screwed him out of rest with that idiotic, excessive foul. The Mavs fought REALLY hard, but we showed some of the old resolve we haven't seen since we gutted out that series with the Hornets.

    nice win...

I was shocked that the refs were a non-factor (mostly)...although there were some ty calls----

I was dreading Dallas getting all the calls to make this series more interesting...

but----props to the refs for being a non-factor

it is good to be WRONG on this for once...

I'm liking how we don't fold when our opponent makes a run. This Spurs team is looking more and more like Finals material with every game.

We're going to need them both to go on any kind of a run. This was just Hill's night tonight, just like Tony put away Dallas Friday and kept us in Game 2 to allow us to build a lead when no offensive players were on the floor.
