i almost, almost, feel sorry for Dirk. the guy is NEVER going to have a ring, this was his last chance, IMO. but nah, him and the rest of the Mavs and Dallas too!
What happened to that guy who guaranteed a Mavs win? i guess he is done posting here for this season. Guys, we won a playoff game when Tim scored only one field goal. 1 of 9.

This team just continues to surprise me in a pleasant way. I thought for sure they were going to lose, but they came out and I think Doug collins had it right when he said that Pop must be exstatic that this team is beginning to get it. As in tough defense.
A gutsy call by Pop to take out a bone-headed TP of the game in the late 4th quarter for leaving Jason Terry in the corner for a thee-point shot.
A great character game for the Spurs.
George Hill is now officially better than Tony Parker.
Word. Props to Pop from learning from the error of his ways last year and giving the youngsters some run. They played better than the Big 3 for much of the game and were the primary reason we came back. Anyone notice George Hill knocking down a corner 3 or two? Lol.![]()
George muthafukin' Hill steppin' up big tonight!!! 29 points!!!![]()
Some love for hill. front page on espn

I won't go that far, GEorge better than Tony but for this game he was and thank god for that. Also Blair and Jefferson played great in the 3rd when the team came back.
ing gutsy win...............and RJ finally made that 14 mil
Najera screwed him out of rest with that idiotic, excessive foul. The Mavs fought REALLY hard, but we showed some of the old resolve we haven't seen since we gutted out that series with the Hornets.
Pop was right. Hill does want to be great.
one of these statements is true.
slow down there cowboy. One game, there.
TP is going to continue to get better in the playoffs. Hill just had a career best game.
Hill, has arrived.
you wait til we play the Thunder. we're going to need him to run the floor with those antelopes.
nice win...
I was shocked that the refs were a non-factor (mostly)...although there were some ty calls----
I was dreading Dallas getting all the calls to make this series more interesting...
but----props to the refs for being a non-factor
it is good to be WRONG on this for once...
Dirk isn't looking to good.![]()
I'm liking how we don't fold when our opponent makes a run. This Spurs team is looking more and more like Finals material with every game.
I had a feeling that Blair and Hill would come alive in our home games...glad I was right.
We're going to need them both to go on any kind of a run. This was just Hill's night tonight, just like Tony put away Dallas Friday and kept us in Game 2 to allow us to build a lead when no offensive players were on the floor.
I love the Spurs, glad Duncan got some rest tonight. Let's finish em off at 5!
Tim scores 4 pts and the spurs still win....... ING SCARY.
