    I see I'm not the only one who felt sorry for Dirk. He looked so dejected and defeated - it has to be the hardest part of the job to have to do post-game pressers after a loss like that. I'll bet the Mavs are glad it's a short flight home.

    Ive always felt Dirk has been a class act throughout his HoF career. He aint TD but hes damn good and seems to be a nice guy who plays his ass off.

    Dirk is a lot like David Robinson ... a guy with amazing amount of talent, but some consider "soft" or lacking in the "killer instinct" department....I think the truth is that they just don't have the right kind of guys surrounding him.

    Btw, Brent Barry's comment after Dirk spoke was 'Man.....after listening to Dirk's post-game ...it's like listening to Kenny G would be more uplifting.'

    When I caught the Hill portion, I liked how he said something to the effect of..."Everyone on the bench, doesn't matter who, the big 3 will ride with them." We riderz ya'll, guns up! Let's close the Mavs out in Dallas before they sneak up on us.

    Yeah, he was saying that to him there is no Big 3 per se (although we know differently, lol) and that he just looks at the Spurs as a team. Humble, humble kid.
