How are you so sure he's a racist? We talk so much on these forums and never once has anything struck me as menacingly racist (but maybe I'm not looking in the right places?). He congratulated Najera, a Mexican, who he must have known is a Mexican since he covers the Mavs. He's not in control of , and this dude's twitter is the least of problems when it comes to having a "racist ass in control of any media."

I have no idea. This is the first night I've heard of the guy. I may, in jest, say these kinds of things in private and to people I trust, but I would never tweet them.

Really though, I bet he gets away with a slap on the wrist. Radio personalities find themselves in these little "free-speech" quibbles all the time, but they usually quick talk their way out of it.
Still, if the backlash against this is substantial enough, the station may be forced to react.

I don't know how willing to provide it Twitter would be (I tend to believe not very) but they coudl produce proof one way or another. If he was hacked the IP the tweets came from would be different.
You are funny. I don't think people are really worried at whether he's a racist. People don't accept a public figure saying this kind of and trying to get away by deleting his own posts. This is typical s like him do all the time and get away with it. Not this time. He's on his way to be sacked now.
Doesn't work if almost immediately after deletion some type of clarification isn't posted. It's been almost two hours and no: "My account was hacked."
