Kidd was a great player when we tried to get him years ago. Not fair to compare that Kidd with the one in this series.
Yes..yes it is..because with Parker and Hill, we're looking at the future, while if we had traded for Kidd, we'd be looking at rebuilding.

jermaine oneal is definitely better than antonio mcdyess, no question. for the same amount of money, i bet just about any nba team would take oneal over mcdyess.
I'm pretty sure Miami wouldn't want O'Neal for half of what McDyess makes.
Could've should've and would've won't buy a cup of coffee, but my thoughts are that 04 and 05 would have been championship years for the Spurs. From that point on, who knows, we would probably have lost either Manu or Tony or both.
O'neal has bean DREADFUL for Miami. McDyess > O'Neal as of right now.
