i thought i was finally going to this genie up but damn he's the real deal!

yeah this game is like 5 years old+
it learns as you keep playing, so imagine years and years of guessing...and playing
it's awesome right now
it got Wall-E....so i'm impressed.![]()
I stumped the damn thing. It guessed Diego Sanchez, Nick Diaz and Forrest Griffin before I introduced it to Amir Sadollah.
He got Rocko. Damn.
er just guessed stephen hawking... sob! i cant stump this er!
It got a few of mine and was very close with some others - especially regarding Shakespearean characters. Impressive.
The real people it got easily. Just break down the categories. I'm interested to see if it can pick up some more obscure historical figures.
Got Cesare Borgia on the second try (guessed Ivan the Terrible first).
Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn were easy. Got Nicholas II the first try. Guessed Puck first instead of Oberon, but then got Oberon (impressive).
Holy . He even got Xander Crews. I give up.
Ha. Got it on Edith Zuckerman.
Guessed DaVinci, then Cesare Borgia for Pope Alexander VI.
I've stumped it twice now.
first was with Audrey II from Little Shop of Horrors
Second was Rasho Nesterovic
*edit*
Also stumped it with Doc Crystal from Fraggle Rock

it's usually pretty spot on, but i've caught it a few times. i'm pissed that it took 2 guesses to get tony soprano.
it didn't get miklo from blood in blood out either

give me back my leg ese!
oh and don't you mean "bound by honor"? haha! what's up with that? why'd that movie have 2 les anyhow?
I guessed my first one, Sherlock Holmes pretty easily.
I stumped the out of it with Kreimhild, from the Neibelungenlied.
Who says that a degree in German and the study of german literature doesn't occasionally come in handy. HA!
BTW, this seems to be a French website/database...
I doubt they put much stock in German literature, as the thing never asked the question "is this the person German".
heh. I guess I can game the thing all day long, simply due to the fact that the Frenchies can be snobs when it comes to Germanic literature.
the only german i tried was dirk, and it guessed it pretty easy
Also not in the database:
Brunhild (Brynhildr) the Valkyrie
It asked me if a person was German when I was doing Cesare Borgia and again when doing Nicholas II - but those aren't literary.
Probably one of the better-known Germans, at least to Americans.
Have to pick someone out of german literature, or any german politician that hasn't been chancellor.
I picked a fairly not well known german politician, but probably got a couple of the questions wrong, like whether the guy has a beard (used to, but sometimes shaves it off).
Kurt Beck.
It's weird that it never asked me whether the charactor was german, when it was a very german charactor. After playing for a bit, it finally started asking.
I can probably still stump it with some obscure norse mythology charactors.
Have to dig up some of my old german lit books out of the boxes they are sitting in.![]()
Isoroku Yamamoto - not bad
Stumped it with Ariadne Oliver from the Hercule Poirot series, but it got Mary Russell first try.
Took two guesses for Fred (or George) Weasley. Kind of lame it put them both out there when there are ways to distinguish between them.
