I disagree that these two may be necessarily true.

Kidd was supposed to be worse this year and was better. Since his game doesn't rely on athleticism his dropoff shouldn't be drastic.

Same with Dirk, who ages nicely.

Mavs dont need "big changes" IMO..

Just need: More Beaubois, less Terry, and for Dampier to bring back an impact player.

I hate to agree with Dallas fan, but Carlisle's summer vacation needs to be made permanent. Unless Beaubois was having an asthma attack on the bench from his time in the third, there was no excuse not to be play him.

Even with bias aside, I doubt it. Even Dirk had one off game this series so I think its safe to assume that Roddy wouldnt have played like he did tonight every single night. He wouldve had his up and downs just like every other one of the girls in blue. Besides like someone else said Terry and Barea actually had a couple of pretty big games this series.

For tonight's game though, Mav fans definitely got a case for ting on Jim Carey... ing unbelievable that he didnt bring in Bowlbwall until the game was practically over. He has to have something against the kid or maybe rookies in general, cause he didnt ride the hot hand like he had in previous games with Terry and Barea. Bowbwall is going to be a stud by the way.

That was a tough position for anyone to be in at that point. Spurs doubled hard and one spur grabbed Roddy's hand.

You're right that Dirk probably wont be much worse, but its fair to say he might get a little slower. Plus you never know when knee issues could start to come up. Kidd though I think has a chance to be worse. Kidd really disappointed me this series.
