    Bonner sucked hard this series. To be fair to him though, this was the worst possible matchup for him. Matching up vs Dirk or Marion was no fun at all.

    However, this next series is a golden opportunity for Ginger. The Suns' backup bigs are either very soft (Frye) or talentless (Amundesn aka ponytailed got). Bonner should be able to stay with them on D and hopefully knock in a few big shots himself.

    If he s the bed vs Phoenix, he will basically prove that he brings zero playoff value for the Spurs.

    Bonner was terrible. No defense and can't make an outside shot. What Pop should have done after Dirk got 4 was play Jefferson at the 4 and make him drive to the basket. Instead Pop puts Bonner and Bogans in. Two guys you don't have to worry about fouling. "Gee thanks" says Dirk.

    Bonner has had innumerable chances to redeem himself. Probably more than any other Spurs player I've ever seen.

    He's a weak player who lets us down every time. It was a sad day when he first put on a Spur uniform.
