I just bought the Rockstar collection off Steam for $45. 15 games, all the GTAs, Manhunt 1, Wild Arms (meh) and both Max Paynes.
I will never play GTA for a console ever again.

RDR's world is TWICE THE SIZE OF GTA: SAN ANDREAS!
It's divided into 3 areas, and each of the 3 areas are bigger than GTA IV's Liberty City!

I dont know and tbh, I am kinda bummed it wasnt.
Although, I am enjoying my time with GTA4 in 1920x1200 and I never did "beat" the game when I played it on 360 all those years back.
This will be my next game...just the freedom to do whatever it is you want makes it seem worth it. Huntin' the bison and killing some Injuns is what the boredom doctor ordered.
Is it possible to rape in the game as well?
I do believe you can engage in negative means, but I'm not sure if you can rape or give smallpox to the local native tribe...
From what I've heard, RDR is currently "in-development" for the PC platform.
Yup...it should be awesome! They've spent alot of money and development on the game. Let's hope it stands up!
Where did you hear that? 'cause so far, all I've heard is a rumor based on an article in GameInformer where the game was said to be coming for both consoles and PC. Even than it only had "PC" written in the Platform section of the article and nothing else. Everything else is conjecture. There hasn't been any official confirmation of anything so far as I know. Do you know something?

There's a screenshot I saw earlier today on another forum
It shows a public display of the game at some sort of convention with people walking around a huge screen that is playing Red Dead Redemption
on the bottom of the screen, it also has "PC" on it.

The only thing that is bumming me out on this one is I heard only 16 players for multi-player. Thats very low for a game these days especialy for a large map.

I can only think of one game that had more than 8v8 and it flopped forgot the name
BF: BC2.
I can almost guarantee you that all the MP modes in this game will suck, though. Besides free roam mode. Like GTA4.
