That's good news for me. Someone else off of the bench other than Parker will have to step up in this series. I'm encouraged to hear that you don't think they can.
I like it.
Play the game and if you lose adjust the boxscore to show that you won and ... voila! The series is tied.
Silly coaches with their 'adjustments' and 'gameplans' . . .
If you really want to give yourself the best chance to win, carry an eraser or have a backspace at the ready -- it's science.![]()

Well we have to get something out of them. We can't run a 6 or 7 man rotation the rest of the playoffs. We don't win in '05 or '07 without Horry and Barry and we don't win in '10 without Bonner and Mason making shots. It is just that simple. A 1/2 court game like we forced on Dallas is one thing. But we can't force that on Phoenix, which means we have to score 100 a game to win. And Big 3 + 1 cannot do that consistently. Bonner and Mason must contribute.
Our bread and butter in this series is in the paint. I'd like to see more slashing, post scoring and offensive rebounding and fewer jumpers (at least until PHX starts clogging the paint). DeJuan has it in him to have a monster series if he can figure out where to be.
Flopping? Nash is pretty good in that department if I remember correctly.....got a few of the Suns suspended. You'd have thought Horry shot him with a 12 gauge.
I agree, RJ needs to be a part of that. And if Tim will make a damn move as soon as he realizes the double isn't there instead of looking over his shoulder for 6 seconds before deciding what to do, that would also be helpful. That led to so many poor possessions in game 1, I hope he is more decisive in the low block.
I liked that because he picks the Spurs to win.
Absolutely right: this is the series RJ needs to be explicitly told that if he sees so much as an inch in the PHX defense, it is on him to slash to the hoop or slash-and-dish. I give Grant Hill enormous props for how well he's still playing, but there's simply no way he can keep up with RJ on a cut, especially if Pop starts sending screens.
As for Tim, yes yes and yes.

Are you kidding? Nash is half the size of horry. Dont downplay it like it was a flop. That was the suns year.....
Then why did the Spurs win?
Because they were scammed. Simple as that.
And why did they win in 6? Amare and Diaw were only out 1 game. Horry was out 2.
Isn't that what most of this is...common sense. Common sense wins games. Hey, disgruntled Suns fan, what "new" ideas do you have that will revolutionize the sport? Let me guess....
You really need to see a psychologist.![]()
But it was their year.
