I think you can buy online or over the phone from Staples and they will ship it to the store for you for free. Do you not want to have to charge it?
As in walk in a store and buy it here in SA? I look online at Staples, Office Max, Office Depot and they have them online but when I call the store they all say it's online only.

Called her, she said they don't sell them. That there just a moblie notary service. Will just get them off the net and wait. Can't believe a simple book like that is hard to find at a local store.
you've called all the stores you've listed?
your work notary should know where the to get a book from, probably from the same people she got her notary from.
seems pretttttttttty logical huh?
you also should reorder a new book when the old one was running low as well.
having said that, i just got my notary renewal in the mail today. and no, i wont help.
