That 2nd qtr just sucks, -9 pts.

Suns 13 ORBs, they want it more.

Spurs don't pick it up in the second half, we're heading back to SA down 2-0. Nash with 6 and Amare with 10.

Got to stop going for the bait when the Suns are in the lane, they mainly want to shoot 3's......show and go if anything, but I'll give them the points in the paint over uncontested 3's. Well, still got the 2nd half to tighten things up.

4 straight missed shots for duncan.
I figured that would happen and then it would be trouble for us.

Just when you've think you've seen it all this season, the Spurs do this.

It's very hard to be hopeful at the moment.

    Spurs shooting: 49%

tied game. I think it's safe to say we drop this game unless we start playing like we played first quarter

TP has not been enough aggressive this quarter, I hope he is keeping energy for the second half.
TP has earned the ball. If he wants it and wants to take as many shots as he wants in this second half I am all for it.

Tony looks pissed, as he should be. I hope the rest of the team is just as pissed. They threw away whatever good mojo they got from the 1st quarter.

awful quater. ing rebounds... They played like . sth about 30 % FG and game is tied. Basketball fundamentals.. Get rebounds. Box out Dudley and rest of scrub lineup... Pop killed this little momentum from 1st q, when he put three B on court..

The story of the 1st half - Offensive rebounds. We'd have a big lead if they hadn't gotten 11+ more shots.
Yup, it kept Phoenix in the game and is going to have to be a point of emphasis going into halftime......that, and the 3's.

The Spurs need to start doing psych evals on their players. Bonner is a mental midget. I can't wait to see him go.

Hope was lost when Hill started ahead of Parker...that was all the proof I needed to see that Pop was going to up this game.

Not that I want to unduly alarm anyone...but Jefferson is our leading rebounder.

    I don't even know.

Ugly half, Spurs should have a decent lead but it's tied instead. Gonna have to rebuild the lead...
