They need to be gone now. offseason is to late lol
Matt Bonner has become completely useless, he disrupts our offense more than anything. He just always seems to be in the way all the damn time and when he does finally shoot the ball its a in brick. Not to mention his terrible defense, I wish there was a stat to tell how much suns players scored when being guarded by Matt Bonner.
you Matt Bonner I almost hate you as much as I hated Beno
They need to be gone now. offseason is to late lol
I've yet to see anyone actually defend this guy.
bonner and mason seriously need to just give out free handjobs to boost morale in the locker room.
I used to like Bonner, but this is too much. I wish they won't resign him.

-Pop yelling at Bonner for being so ing stupid

-Maxiell stuffing it down on Bonner

-Tyrus Thomas blocking the out of Bonner
Watch these clips as they are soothing if you hate Bonner as much as I do. GTFO BONNER!!!!!
Paging TPark and his "Bonner is more than fine in the 20 minutes off the bench role"...
I hate my guts for being right about this ing asshole... He has to be up there in the list of worst Spurs ever in the Duncan era. Even 'Big Dog' Robinson was better than this guy.
i thought i hated jacque vaughn the most, oh no its now the vagina known as dan bonner
It's really unbelievable that Matt Bonner makes millions of dollars a year playing this game.
Wish I were tall.
The ? Glenn Robinson isn't anywhere close to the top of that list.
1. Bonner/Mason duopoly of suck
2. Vaughn
3. NVE
4. Steve Smith
Can't decide on #6, Hedont maybe, but this has to be the top 5.
Well that's not really the case though, which is the annoying part..
For example, a guy like Jarron Collins is in the NBA strictly because of his physical attributes..
Bonner DOES have talent..shooting 40+% from 3-point range in the NBA is an unbelievable talent..his problem is obviously up top and down low..he's been neutered a minute ago and he can't handle the pressure from a mental standpoint..
It's a shame, I like the guy, I've always wanted him to do well..
He's better suited to be playing for a bad team with low expectations TBH..
Bonner does have some highlight plays during the season , but he just can't handle the playoff's, every time bonner gets ready to check in you just know the other team is going to go on a run.
Is it wrong to actually enjoy those clips? lol
SequSpur was right. We all owe him a beer.
Signing Matt Bonner was yet another horrible horrible front office move by the Spurs that cost us huge.
There's a couple. Ron Mercer and Damon Stoudamire come to mind. But neither of those played significant minutes (or any minutes) in the playoffs.
I hope this finally puts an end to Pop's "I can make Bonner into the next Robert Horry" experiment. The guy is simply not good enough to be a rotation player on a team with championship aspirations. Too bad it had to take yet another playoff meltdown for this to become obvious to all.

if the spurs are gonna go down fighting and game 3 is at stake and you have no choice than to put bonner, please don't just give that spot to one of the other guys even if they are not named blair or dice - just try one of the young ones for the sake of it.
going down trying with one of the young guys could be more digestible than seeing bonner playing horrible again.
Another thing that's getting old is pop yelling at bogans but not bonner or mason, i mean wtf bogans was playing good d he got a steal and he stopped nash, so why does pop only yell at him and never bonner
sons I'm not just trying to stir the pot and I also don't watch that many Spurs games regularly, BUT for all the games I have seen ... I honestly can NEVER ONCE recall ever seeing Bonner make a 3 pointer. why does he get the "green light" to jack up as many 3's as he damn well please? Anytime the Spurs come to N.O. we always play a drinking game based on how many 3's Bonner will brick and you can bet your ass you will be blitzed by the end of the game.
Vaughn really doesn't belong on the list, because he actually hit a couple of meaningful shots late in the 3rd of game 6 vs Phoenix in 07. Turkoglu should be #1 on the list, seeing that he singlehandedly cost the Spurs the 2004 championship. The Lakers refused to guard him because they couldn't stop Parker and Duncan inside if they did, so they took their chances and won big on that bet. Rodman's gotta be on that top 5 for jacking up threes and refusing to run with Horry in game 2 of the WCF and then for starting with Bob Hill before game 5 after the Spurs had knotted the series at 2-2.
My list:
1) Hedo Turkoglu
2) Dennis Rodman
3) Steve Smith
4) Beno Udrih
5) Matt Bonner
ROFL
its finally safe to say that this guy has NO supporters left. NOT ONE.
Bonner is the very embodiment of all that has been wrong with the spurs the last couple years. he sums up ALL this team's shortcomings in one package.
