Oden + Batum for Jefferson would make more sense but I think RJ makes a lot more than those 2.

That's why I wouldn't even contemplate possibly thinking about any kind of a trade involving him.
You have to try hard to come up with a trade that would make both teams worse.

Was just about to post this. As incredibly unlikely as it is to happen, he would look great in a Spurs uni and is the type of character player that would do well in San Antonio. I'm sure he wouldn't mind getting back to south Texas.
