there is always next year I guess
trade a bunch of guys for Blake Griffin?
Rebuild:
-built ( ), -building , -builds . To build again. To make extensive structural repairs on.
Jefferson becomes the large expiring contract? Mason leaves? Bonner leaves?
Blair and Hill get more seasoning.
Bring Splitter over.
Find a couple of shooters/a long, defensive 3.
Get healthy (Parker/Manu).
Pop gets his head out of his ass and maybe try to win more games during the season? Build a bench?
What else? I'm sure the list is long. I'm actually kind of excited about next season.
Spurs need to make major changes like the Mavs....gotta get rid of one of big 3. Guessing it's Parker that's the odd man out

trade Parker for a big man. Chris Kaman?
You guys are nuts wanting to trade Parker for a big. If you want to trade him, you have to trade him for a point guard. Hill isn't a point guard. He averaged .8 assists in 34 mpg in postseason. Yeah... not even one freakin' assist a game.
I think the only way you trade him is paired with Jefferson in order to get anything of value back because trading Tony alone won't get us much back.
Let's just say, If none of the 12 players on the roster come back in November, I wouldn't be unhappy.
Good one.
+1000
trading parker makes sense for another elite pg and that is all. Hill is a pure SG, I don't think Manu can run the point during a whole season without loosing his O mojo and the spurs have no time to develop a new project
I'm only think about trade Tony if he decides to play in the summer.
A rest and fresh Tony is the key to put us in the top again. We need 2009 Tony again
Trading Parker would quickly backfire and the spurs would regret it big time.
Exactly.
I think the Spurs plan next year will be starting the Hill-Parker backcourt and Manu back to the bench. Pop doesn't like Manu handling point guard duties over long stretches because he loses his Manu-nessAnd it's easier for him to be the X factor and Pop to monitor his minutes off the bench.
So, I don't think Parker is going anywhere.
GHill was very good offensively this year, but he was a big disappointment on D for the most part. And he's not a starting PG.
now what ? humm the photoshop spurs fishing thread ! I need one
hornets should deal cp3 to us, we would absorb a contract if need to ...
deron williams he going anywhere if boozer is boltin this summer?
Start: Parker, Hill, Quality-3 to be named later, Splitter, Duncan
Bench: Manu, Blair, McDyess, Temple?, Gee?, Hairston?, Mahinmi?, Bonner?
Wow. So you never want to see Duncan, Parker, or Ginobili again and you're a fan?
I'll post the same thing I posted last offseason.
Trade Duncan and Manu for younger pieces. Not the popular choice, but the best one. Give them to a fringe team to give your guys a couple more shots and get some good pieces before they have no value.
Trade them to OKC for Green, Harden, etc.
Trade them to Hou for Hill, Budinger, lottery picks, etc.
Trade them to Por for Aldridge, bayless, etc.
Honestly, what is going to be different next year?
