I, Monostradamus, have decided to come out of retirement to make one final prediction.

After my brilliant analysis in Spurs In 6, which came true almost exactly as I envisioned it, I went out on top like Jordan after 3 rings. But now I have realized that my journey is not yet complete. I will remain until the Suns fulfill the destiny I have seen, and then like Jordan after 6 rings, I will go away for real, with no failed Wizards comeback.

    Suns in 6. It's prophecy.

My power of prophecy is real, Guiseppe. Take note of that when I say the Feds are about to bust your door down and find the 12 year old girl you have stored in the basement, along with the basket of lotion.

I agree. Suns in 6. They could be in trouble if it goes 7 though.

After the incredible, amazing shooting display the Suns put out there against us, I fully expect Frye, Richardson, Dragic and Duddley to go 14-98 from the 3 point line the next series. I mean, I hope they don't, but that would just be the last straw.

Nash sets them up perfectly. I don't think those kind of droughts are possible with Nash out there. He makes the game look so easy.

ing Barbosa was nailing them while Nashty was looking from the bench. You gotta give them props, they were amazing from outside, even with the clock going down.

This will be an interesting series. If Gentry can pull off going 9+ players deep every game like he did with the Spurs, LA could be in trouble. But LA is playing much top-heavier basketball than the Spurs ever did at any point this season, and will be a full notch higher in intensity than the tired out, aged Spurs.

LA will win in 6. The Suns are just not going to be able to stop LA's main weapons when it matters, unlike the Spurs or Blazers.

The Nash/Dragic combo is probably the best point guard combo for 48 minutes the league has. The team can still play with Nash on the bench. Barbosa isn't as good at running the point and has been much more effective as an athletic 2 with Dragic being the leader of the second unit.

    Billups/Lawson.

though the PO outcomes so far don't exactly support that...

    Oh, and Paul/Collison, too.

Only trumped by the Fisher singular who shoved the Jazz into a hole, just like that.

As much as I want the Suns to win, I just dont think they have what it takes to beat the Lakers mainly because of LA's size and well, no one wearing a Phoenix Sun jersey can stop Kobe, moreso now because Kobe appears to have regained his offensive explosion. Man, Gasol, Odom and Bynum are all going to have a field day against Phoenix thats the bottom line.

Hill and Dudley did a great job against Manu. Amazing how quick Grant Hill still is. I know Kobe's at another level but it's not like he has any more of an advantage than he usually does.

Um, he kinda does though, Hill and Dudley are gonna defend like Thabo Sefolosha.

The Suns have their fair share of advantages in this series, so I doubt it's a sweep or a 5-game series..their pace can give LA trouble, their bench will give LA a lot of trouble, their PGs will give LA trouble..

Lakers obviously have more advantages though, especially with Lopez out..they defend the 3-point line well, they have a huge size advantage..Artest matches up well with Richardson, and Odom matches up well with Frye..

    The keys for me..

-Lopez's return: obviously a huge factor to battle LA's size..not only for his actual ability, but to avoid playing Collins at all..

-Whether Frye chokes or not: I'm not a fan and I believe he'll choke, but we'll see..his ability to stretch the floor will be huge in this series..his post defense will also be important..

-Dudley and Hill vs. Kobe: It'll be interesting to see if Kobe has truly regained some of his ability, or if it's just due to Utah's lack of weapons to throw at him..both Hill and Dudley are good defenders, so that will be crucial..

LA in 6..don't be surprised if Fisher throws a cheap shot at Nash's eye..

Well, I can simply lie, but it is what it is. If Brook Lopez is healthy then maybe I could see them winning in 7 games. I tried to come up with other scenarios but none seems plausible right now.

Its cool though, ill pay Luva his $50.00. Remember this though you child molester you. Lakers will not win the le against Cleveland and Orlando this year. That im very sure of.

I respect Grant Hill but he's not going to contain Kobe, maybe Jason Richardson has a better chance but I also doubt it.

LOL I think Kobe shot like 55-60% vs phx this year. Kobe will sit in the post a lot vs phx..Bynum also seems to shoot a ridiculously high FG% vs them too

Well, the Lakers could make it harder for themselves. Fisher and Artest could go back to shooting 30%, their bench continues to be non existent and non factor while Kobe could also try to play hero in the same time by shooting way more than his average. If Phoenix continues their tempo, retains their composure then we have a series thats going to be decided in 7 games. I love the Suns' chemistry this year though. Quite possibly the best in the Steve Nash-Amar'e Stoudemire era.

3 of the 4 games happened in the first 2 months of the season. The suns didn't hit their stride until April and seem to keep improving due to Gentry's trust in their bench.
