You talk as if Orlando has never been tested..they made the Finals last year and they have a hardass coach that doesn't stop going hard on them..there's pretty much no reason to believe that they "need" a test before facing Cleveland..this isn't an inexperienced team, this is a team that made the Finals last year..if they lose, it will have nothing to do with not being tested before the ECF..

That finals run was overrated. The Celts took em 7 games without KG. Cavs had a 1 man team. That isn't the case this year. Lebron has help and KG is back.

They are better this season. They have Nelson. They have Carter. They have a better bench. Anthony Johnson isn't playing. Ryan Anderson is.

I doubt the Cavs can beat them. I actually like how the Celtics match up with them, but they're the better team.

Great win by Orlando. Now they will face either the Cavs or Celtics. Unbelievable. They made a 53 win team look like a bunch of scrubs.

Coming from somebody that has been cheering for Orlando all year, I fear Boston a lot more than I fear Cleveland TBH..I hate the Dwight vs. Perkins/Wallace/KG matchup..I don't buy the Shaq vs. Dwight matchup, SVG will exploit the Shaq-Jamison horrible defensive frontcourt..

Nelson didn't play last year either. He's their 2nd most important player.

    +1

IMHO, the way they are playing right now, Orlando is going back to the Finals.

You don't see Shaq getting in Dwights head?

I feel he will have a physc edge on him the entire series. You don't think Shaq can still have that kind of an impact? This was one of the main reasons the Cavs got him and Jamison. To neutralize Howard and to match Lewis.

Anyone can get into Dwight's head. Just ask the refs. Shaq is the one feeling insulted at the superman crap. So, is Mo Williams going to guard Jameer Nelson?

Bron will. Mo can guard Barnes.

Gonna be hard with the Magic spacing the floor with their shooters.

    How?

Shaq and Jamison are two horrible defenders. Jamison is a poor man's Rashard Lewis. Shaq is an old man scoring role-player who will have a good game here and there. But he has no chance of neutralizing Howard. For example, there's no way he can keep up with Howard running the floor. Meaning a Cleveland perimeter player (or two!) will need to follow Howard deep into the paint, exposing them to an open 3 point shooter. Or deal with a mismatch of Howard positioned deep vs. a guard. It's very difficult to defend Orlando's transition 3 precisely due to how well Howard runs the floor. How is Shaq going to deal with it? How are they going to defend the pick'n'roll? Shaq will need to stay down, meaning that guys like Nelson and Carter will have tons of open looks after turning the corner.

Varejao is the Cavs player that matches up decently with Howard. Shaq is too slow and statuesque for an uber-athletic Howard.

When did bostonguy jump on Cleveland's bandwagon anyway? I just want to know what team he's been watching, because the one I saw doesn't look better than the Magic.

, the Cavs have to get past the Celtics first anyway.

I am rooting for the Celts. I have money on the Cavs winning it all (made the bet months ago). I honestly hope I lose it this round.

If Boston goes down, I'd like to see the Cavs win it.

The Hawks have yet to win a Round 2 playoff game these past 2 years, despite having a 47 and 53 win seasons. Adding insult to injury, all their losses have been decided by 10 points or more. Max deal contract my (_l_).
