I like the Magic too, but I think they would've rather played Cleveland than Boston.

As a VC fan, I would much rather have seen Orlando face Cleveland..the Perkins/Wallace/KG can defend Dwight better than any team in the NBA..Boston has less flaws to expose and they have more weapons to guard..they also guard the 3-point line very well IIRC..

Magic all the way. Cleveland was built to beat the Magic, and now the Magic get homecourt.
Given how Boston plays on the round, I'm not sure that's such a detriment.
Let's see. Boston won in Orlando on Christmas without Pierce (?), but Orlando won the rest.
I see this going 7 games and my crystal ball is fuzzy.....
Boston vs. Lakers or Phoenix would be rematches.
Lakers vs. Orlando would too....
Phoenix vs Orlando would convince everyone the NBA is NOT fixed.
If Boston is going to win this series, it would more likely be in game 6 instead of game 7 in Orlando..
HCA is going to be irrelevant in this series..a game 7 won't depend on home court, that's overplayed when it's 2 almost evenly-matched teams..

Anyone who thinks this series will be a cakewalk for the Magic will be sadly mistaken. I can see this series going 6-7 games. Boston is peaking at the right time and they fight and fight and fight. Orlando may win this series, but they will have to earn it. This won't be anything like the Cats or Hawks.
magic in 5 or 6. rondo won't be getting layups and going to the paint like he did to the cavs, boston can play lewis the same way like jamison but lewis is obviously a much better shooter and a post up than jamison. and i think nelson is gonna make rondo his

I want the C's to win so we can wipe them off the face of the earth in the finals, but I actually like the Magic so I won't be able to root against them. Its gonna be very weird cheering for the Magic while hoping the C's win.
Bostonguy is the biggest ing debbie downer team fan i've ever seen. Every one of his posts are about how the celtics are going to lose.

I'm all for getting to face the Lakers again... we need to make some headway as they're catching up on championships, and no better way to do it than by beating them in person.

Butcher's, I don't care too much who advances as me Spurs will win it all in the end. Saying that, magicians always seem to be a bunch of poofs. But me guess they could maybe bend the Celtics over and pull out a win and their trouser snake.
