I've been waiting for this series to start all week, so many interesting plots. With Jackson and Nash going back and forth, Frye and Artest going back and forth, Kobe with a chip on his shoulder, the whole Suns team with a chip on their shoulder.

Unfortunately people are expecting this to play a key role against LA (hopefully Gentry knows better):
Ya..as somebody that will be cheering for the Suns in this series, I hope we see little to no Barbosa..championship-level teams don't play guys like Barbosa TBH..
Hopefully Channing Frye has balls against a team that isn't the Spurs..

SERIES IS GOING TO BE TOUGHER THAN MOST PEOPLE THINK........ Lakers just need to slow the pace down, make it a boring game, pound the ball inside and don't double on defense.
The pick and roll is going to kill the Lakers though .....
I'm not a Lakers fans by any means but this series won't be close. Lakers win in 4 by an average of 20 pts.

Either Dragic or Barbosa is going to have to be a major factor for the Suns to have a shot against the Lakers and their ty PGs. I don't think Frye's going to do well this series, as LA can just throw Odom out there to guard him. It's surely not going to be anything like slow-footed Duncan and Bonner having to chase him off the 3-point line.

Fisher actually does well vs Nash for the most part..That motha er is built like a tank, hopefully they let him play physical. Bynum will probably throw an elbow into the canadians weak back hahaha

Barbosa won't be a factor, so yeah Dragic better have a huge series. The dream scenario is the Suns win the series and Barbosa plays like so he's still traded this summer.
Dont worry son, he'll probably get his 6 pts a game.
Yeah he'll average like 15 shots a game and get 6 points off those 15 shots. Typical Barbosa playoff game.

Me too, and it def. won't be because the lakers are a good team and the Spurs were a crappy 7th seed
If Phoenix is still on fire from 3, it will be a rough series for LA even with their big frontcourt. I am also interested in how well Lopez will play defensively.
All in all, I would rather see the Suns beat the Lakers.
