swept out of the playoffs trying to talk to me. Spurfan you dont have room to talk about anyone's team. And it looks to me like you are the "butthurt" one following around laker and ing about officiating all night when not even suns fans are saying . raggggeee with jealousy spurfan.

30, 32, 27, 15, 28, 23, 31 minutes to close out the season and then 1, 0, 1, 17, 4 ... 12, 19, 16, 5, 4, 0 in the playoffs. Looks like Mike Brown lost his confidence in you.

Oh, and I got no room to talk???? Spurs were not the #1 seed with best record in the league... they were #7 and took down the #2 seed before faltering to the #5.

Tell me again who probably shouldn't be running smack ...

Well now it's time for the suns to figure out what they can do. Not giving Odom layups would help a bit. I'm not sure about Kobe, Grant stayed in front of him most of the time outside of the time he fell and kobe hit fadeaway after fadeway with a few drives. Gasol played well but wasnt' completely nuts. Definitely much harder this time now that there's more than 2 options you have to cover on D.

I'd say Tim Duncan getting clowned on by Channing Frye & Amare Stoudemire in 4 straight games... is more embarrassing. But I digress...

And just for your perspective.. I found a Phoenix suns fan board, and dug up quotes from their game 1 thread. It was 12 pages long but I only sifted the last two pages, (11 & 12).

I think the fouls took Hill and Duds out of the game offensively and didnt let them get a rhythm. Duds needs to be able to stay on the court for defensively purposes.

And YES, refs did suck tonight. But what's new? Although, had our shots fallen, and had we actually guarded Odom, we would have had a shot despite the refs and Kobe

Oh yeah, the refs. Forgot to mention that Kobe is not so much unguardable as he is untouchable

the foul and T on Hill was absurd and was a turning point.

The fouls on Grant were ridiculous, particularly the T. In the 4th Q the Suns looked so demoralized that JRich did not even make the 2 FTs,

Frye sure as didn't help, but make no mistake - refs clamped down & teamed with the Lakers in the 3rd.

One example: Look who got into foul trouble for the Suns - the ones who guarded Bryant (Dudley & Hill)

Another example: 3 quick fouls (on D that Bryant always gets away with) & a tech on Hill in the 3rd Q to get his ass out of the game while it was still close - with the pressure off, Bryant went for 21 in said 3rd Q.

After seeing that they couldn't play through the ref slant, Suns gave up in the 4th Q.

Lakers probably would've won anyways with the way Artest & Odom stepped up, but, again, make no mistake: the refs opened the door & led 'em through in that 3rd Q.

The refs took Grant Hill out of the game by calling phantom fouls, and gave free shots to Kobe

I'd say the general tone about the officiating on this board is "not extremely happy"

Nothing happened per se but it did seem like Kobe was going at Dudley every time they matched up...probably payback for the "selfish no passing Kobe" comments he made.

You mean to tell me that fans on a Phoenix Suns Fan Board were unhappy with the officiating in a playoff loss?
