And part of making that choice is recognizing, and accepting, that you're limited to the options available within those machines -- perhaps you're a Pepsi drinker, but all they have is Coke. Or you want Twinkies, but are only able to get Ho-Hos. All that's changing here are the options.
Vending machines aren't magical Jetson-esque contraptions that will produce any foods or drinks you want with the push of a button. You eat/drink what they have available, or you don't use them. Nature of the beast.
