You really don't know what you're talking about. What if LeBron says "I'm not staying in Cleveland and I want to go play with the Mavs"? Then what does Cleveland do? Because, in the scenario of which we speak, that's essentially what will need to happen to set anything in motion. You're acting as though Cleveland has any leverage in this.

I know the other Dallas fans have come in here and riled everyone else up with their giddiness, but it's actual well waranted because other than Cle, Chi, & NY Dallas does have a legit chance at snatching LeBron.
Any LeBron deal that happens is going to be a S&T anyway and it's not going to be a talent for talent S&T, it's going to be an expiring contract and cost of doing business filler (picks, cash, etc.) for LeBron. The reason for this is the extra years and salary increase that CLE can offer LeBron that other teams can't. If Bron wants to leave the Cavs are not going to screw LeBron out of the extra years and cash because they don't want to have the stigma of screwing players on the way out and they don't want to be on the bad side of his agent just in case they ever deal with the agent again on his other clients.
So if LeBron tells Cle he wants to leave I would think that they would rather send him to Dallas out west then send him to Chi, NY, NJ, Mia in the east. However, where they send him is a moot point because LBJ is going to choose where he wants to go and CLE will pretty much be forced to send him wherever he wants to go. But like I said, if LBJ actually chooses Dallas then they would get back "junk" as 21 put it, in the form of Damp, cash, and picks. Dallas probably puts in someone else (maybe Roddy B) but it's really not needed.
That being said, all the Mavs fans in here will look pretty stupid if it doesn't happen. . . . but it is always fun to be a part of the process.
