Too close to call, it goes 7 is all i'm gonna say.
In a 7 game series who would win?
Both had one allstar on their team, a dominant big man. Both had merely no one on their team. I pick Rockets in 7

Olajuwon was the best Center I ever seen, but he is only one man. The 2003 Spurs were stacked, so San Antonio in 6 easily. Houston would beat all the other Spur teams though (1999, 2005, 2007).1994 Houston Rockets (58-24)
SF - Robert Horry / Carl Herrera
PF - Otis Thorpe / Matt Bullard
C - Hakeem Olajuwon / Eric Riley
SG - Vernon Maxwell / Mario Ellie
PG - Kenny Smith / Sam Cassell / Scott Brooks
2003 San Antonio Spurs (60-22)
SF - Bruce Bowen / Steve Smith
PF - Tim Duncan / Malik Rose / Danny Ferry
C - David Robinson / Kevin Willis
SG - Stephen Jackson / Manu Ginobili
PG - Tony Parker / Speedy Claxton / Steve Kerr

^ Don't be fooled by the names you see. Robinson was in his late 30s and about to retire. Parker was still young and undependable, often losing minutes to Claxton. Ginobili was a rookie.
I still think the 2003 Spurs would win, but I think the 2005 team was the best.
I concur
2005? Good luck defending Olajuwon with just Tim Duncan.![]()
He made a huge impact that year.
lol, '03 Spurs? 3rd best team that year that benefited from Webber and Dirk getting hurt.

Spurs had enough bigs to make Olajuwan work some. He would have gotten his, but the Spurs would have held the others in check.
94 Hakeem would clown Duncan and DRob (again).
..........they did a number on Rasheed and Ben Wallace.
Besides............Hakeem would have gotten his points anyhow.
For that reason, 2003 is the only team that has a legitimate chance of beating the 94 Rockets.
Rasheed and Ben Wallace were nowhere near Hakeem
They are not Dream.
I concur.
I LOL'd hard when I read what the other guy wrote.![]()
Like I said TWICE before, Hakeem would have gotten his. What about the rest of the Rockets?
I think he means Offensively.
We're not talking about the best Spurs team ever. We're talking about which team would beat the 1994 Rockets.
He means defensively as well.
I already said 2003 would beat them, they're better equipped to do it than say 2005.
Well obviously Hakeem >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Ben Wallace offensively, but Defensively it's pretty close.
IDK why people started talking about Wallace anyway.
Hakeem is better defensively.. lol
I don't know, your fellow Spurfan mentioned him.![]()
Ben Wallace is horribly underrated by some people IMO.
Ben Wallace was pretty good defensively, but he wasn't as good as Dream or even Worm (yes). And I still don't understand how Duncan has 0 DPOY Awards.![]()
