Does anyone think Brad Miller > Bonner?
Nearly everyone thinks Brad Miller > Bonner.
Brad was paid 12.2M last season while Bonner was paid 3.2M.
IMO Spurs will try to draft 1 pure shooter and go for a solid veteran shooter. THat's what I would do.
Draft: James Anderson - lights out shooter although needs to increase his range
now we just need a good veteran shooter
TP
Manu
RJ
TD
Dyess
Blair
Hill
Splitter
vet shooter
Bonner
Temple
rookie shooter
How can he be a "lights out shooter" and still need to improve his range?
Hmmm, don't feel like giving Mason a bit more time to grow into the spot?
sorry I meant mid range game
according to draftexpress
Rookie: Luke Babbitt
what good are spot up 3 point shooters when there's no one on the roster who commands a double team?
so what is your solution? to get a guy that commands double teams?
good luck with that![]()
isn't that what we all thought RJ would be BEFORE the season started?
![]()
Awww, stop picking on vander, he's still depressed because of Manu's extension.
tony allen?
raja bell
kyle korver
wes mathews
Tony Allen is not a real 3 pt shooter
thats y i had a question mark next to his name.....maybe for defense
Ah ok, my bad
Speak of D and 3, can we get Posey?![]()
What about youth and athleticism?
No.
Old and coming off a horrible season (FG%-37%, 3P%-34%)
2 years and 12.4M left on his contract.
Boston was smart to let him walk.
Dudes
It's the Spurs
We don't like young, athletic and accurate players
Be real.
actually, OP's problem is solved, Manu is basically just a 3 point shooter now, and we signed him for 3 years. 3 point shooting problem solved
now we just need a player who can create offense and a player who can defend the paint
At least suggest an old/unathletic guy who can still make his threes.
Steve Kerr![]()
tp can hit the corner three
but he can't get to the hoop anymore
