Enjoy the pending summer in SoCal and get some baseball games in @ Anaheim and Chavez Ravine. Perhaps go down to Venice and jog amongst the beautiful people of L.A. Spend more time with the gf and make it up to her that she is willing to allow me to disappear into the sports bar locale to watch my favorite team play. Visit Canter's or Langer's and get quite possibly the best pastrami I've had since the last trip to the NYC. I've also been planning on buyin a late-60's Camaro to fix up in memory of my late father.
So, no, I won't weep nor will I be mad for longer than a day. Life is not about basketball-that's a nice break from the monstrosity of life and it's not bad being a fan of the Lakers.
