Kobe elbowing Mike Bibby in the nose in game 6 of the 2002 WCF is probably the worst call in NBA history. Bibby was called for the foul. Kobe was not suspended for game 7. If it had been a different team, you beat your ass that would have been looked at and there would have been a suspension.
Unfortunately, as far as I know, no technology exists to blow up pictures such that you can work with pixels that just aren't there. But from that scan, it looks like his foot is on the line. I am no Suns fan (they did ruin the Spurs' chance at a le) and I am definitely not a Lakers fan so I consider myself pretty objective on this.
