Nothing ever changes though.
They didn't look at the replay even though they could have under the rules. Whoever made the decision to not look at the replay on a play that close should be fired right now.
There are excuses for missing calls. There are no excuses for not looking at the replay to get that call right.

It was a pretty horrible officiated game. No doubt about that. Still, LA has no excuse to lose this game. They just really held their guard down and expected to step over the Celtics.

The problem my friend is that the refs have sucked far worse against the Lakers through these playoffs. The Lakers were -99 at the FT line going into this series.
Lakers lost.
And Lakers seemed to be getting more calls, part of it for being at home, and for being the more aggressive team, and driving. Once Kobe takes his head out of his ass, LA will play much better.
