Kobe was horrible in the second half. Really horrible game. I don't know why the commentators don't call him out for it. Mark Jackson had no choice when he saw his stat line was 10-28 to say that he's shot badly . No Jackson. Some ty team needs to give that loser Jackson a coaching job so we can get him off of ESPN. I would much rather Bill Walton who calls everyone the greatest player ever .

Kobe set the tone in the first half with his aggressive play, but in the second half he took too many jumpers and didn't get the ball to his big guys.

I said a few weeks ago that I am disgusted that LA fans continuously bagged Fisher all season. I don't like the guy at all, but that it only because he is not on my team. You guys had Horry before so you should know the deal by now, who Fisher has learned from that in the playoffs he's ready to step up.

So far it's Gasol and Bynum.
No guy that got manhandled so badly by KG's intensity can be called an MVP.

Ray Allen's game 3 should go down in finals infamy, reminiscent of Nick Anderson's missed FTs.
It will go down as a package deal... no way will Ray Allen live down setting a record for 3's in one game, then nearly tying the record for consecutive misses in the next. It's mindboggingly astounding.

derek fisher glen davis were the best players in the 4th and allen and bryant the worst. wtf is going on?

The thing I don't get with Kobe is why does he insist on taking fadeaways when he doesn't have to? Its like he makes easy shots more difficult.

Kobe still played defense. They said he took a bunch of bad shots. And when Kobe misses every shot is a bad shot.

Fisher deserved to be bagged for his play and defense. He's like late career Horry. You can count on him in the big moment but forget relying on the guy for 82.

Not preaching Kobe greatness. Kobe had a horrible game shooting the ball.

Pointing out how Kobe haters will use anything to bash the guy. Fish comes up big and deserves credit for it. Some Kobe haters would take that and run with it to bash Kobe.

Yup...the Celtics had all the momentum and pissed it all away tonight. This is a devastating loss. I would not be surprised at all if LA wins all 3 games in Boston.
Na. Lakers in 6 or 7

Ray will go off next game.

Point is, if the game is on the line and it is playoff time and Fisher is shooting it, you had better pray it isn't only a 1 point lead because I don't care where on the court he is shooting it from the ball is going in.

If Rondo had a mid range shot he would make life easier for everyone on his team. It was sad seeing him left alone from 15 ft. and out all night. He has to at least take three or four of those open shots to keep Kobe honest on D.

That has got to be one of the dumbest things to say, would you rather Fisher show up for the 82 games then disappear in the playoffs>

Neither team should be proud of their efforts tonight. I know that a win is a win but this game was a ty game. The Celtics let Derek Fisher beat them. That's sad and pathetic. However, you could say the same about the Lakers. Ray Allen played like and the Lakers still couldn't put the Celtics away in the 4th until the last 30 seconds of the quarter. And Kobe wasn't his normal self in the 4th either. Why was Ray Allen even in the game in the last part of the 4th quarter?
