    Who can watch MLS but not Mexican Soccer? Its much easier to find a Mexican game on than it is an MLS game on.

    Phenomanul is onto something... hopefully Altidore will fill that role.... Donovan tried to do it but he just never really made it big. Altidore seems to have "it" to do it - whether it's the confidence, personality, etc...

    Sorry, but I don't buy into that Spain didn't care about their unbeaten streak and just rolled over to US. Maybe they didn't give their A game, but it was at least their B+ game.

    The USA beats everyone else in most every other sport. They send the most athletes to the Olympics etc. Let them get their asses whipped in a sport the country doesn't even care much about.

    Yeah the difference is that Football, Rugby, Formula 1, volley, tennis, etc. are some of the most popular sports/events in the world.
