I have like a 2001 hp that i want to get rid of. how can i make it a clean slate so it will work decently for the person i sell it to?

I just pulled all this junk out of an upstairs closet and there's still more. I think I'll just get out the hard drives and memories and take it all to Goodwill.

I'm thinking of selling my old XP system with the 2.4 ghz celeron and 80gbyte HD. Problem is, now that you can get computers for cheap, it isn't worth much. I'm thinking of just giving it to a friend who is often strapped for cash.

We recently got rid of three desktops from about 2000-2001.. we just took out the hard drives and gave them away like you're thinking about doing. Then drilled the HDD's with a power drill
