228 with an off the cuff remark?
I God's, I thought 228 was a bot programmed to lodge stories and tell on us when we do wrong.![]()
Something better happen tomorrow. There was just a 5.7 earthquake in Southern California. Who knows if we'll be here for a game 7.![]()

4.1 aftershock just hit. Been 'Shake and Bake' weather here, not surprised by them.
That's weird. I'm in the San Fernando Valley and I didn't feel anything.
I'm in Orange County, felt the first one pretty good, didn't feel the aftershock.
I have Boston taking game 6 finishing off LA. I have LA getting off to a HUGE lead but Boston pulling within single digits in the 4th qtr and pulling it out when Ray Allen catches fire. I think Doc uses what PJ said as motivation. What I am sure of is we are going to see hardly no jumpers from LA at the start of the game. Boston is going to have to play smart (which they won't) in order to stay out of foul trouble.Boston will totally change it up and play horribly early on, but play lights out in the 4th.
It was centered in the Eastern Part of San Diego County. And there were 2 of them.

Oh and the KBB Led Lakers record when down 3-2:
In 03, they lost to San Antonio at Staples. We remember that evening as the Crying Game. Final Score 110-82
In 08, they lost to Boston at TD Center. We remember that evening as the Largest Finals Defeat in NBA Finals History.
I just think that with Kobe demanding that and this, all that will do, is feel demeaning to his teammates and they'll wilt under the extra added pressure.
This game might turn into The Crying Game 2, the Sequel. LA headlines could read, For once, Phil couldn't repeat...is it Kobe's fault?
Extremely tough..
If Boston doesn't go down double-digits in the 1st half and if the refs don't completely take over for LA, Boston will win tomorrow IMO..
I would be genuinely surprised if the refs don't heavily favor LA tomorrow..
Harlem, gettin' his Boston Spurs worry on.
I think LA takes game 6 by double digits, and Boston blows out LA in Game 7.
Boston isn't blowing out LA in LA. ing moron. That's the dumbest analysis I've ever seen.
I'm going with a close Lakers in in Game 6, and I expect a close Lakers win in game 7.
As I said before the series, Celtics in six. And i still think Cs could take it in a possible Game 7 though that's not obviously ideal. Look at Game 3 in the Cavs series where everyone said the Cavs and Lebron were just too strong... Celts came back and had a statement game. Look at Game 5 of the Magic series, where everyone started flipping out and asking if the Magic could be the first team to come back from 0-3, and then the Celtics closed them out. This series is anybody's right now; heart, hustle and a little bit of luck will determine who's left standing in the end.
Well you know the Lakers, they never make things easy.
Since '08, however, they've always managed to play their best with their backs against the wall.
I don't even want to imagine what would happen in LA if the Celtics won on our home floor. All kinds of chaos would ensue.
Lakers fans, post Game 7 victory:
Lakers fans, post Game 7 defeat:
Kinda one a' those "damned if ya do, damned if ya don't..." situations, huh, D&C?
Edit: Still, that being said, THE CELTICS.

It wasn't analysis at all, Kobefan. It was a prediction. A guess.
It would have been analysis had you said that LA was going to win..
Lakers will take care of Game 6. Having said that, Celtics are ed in game 7
Celtics are dominating this series. It took a fluke good game by Fisher and a fluke bad game Allen for this series to even still have life. They are showing much better ball movement, are dominating the points in the paint battle, are shutting down the Lakers flawed offense big time. The Lakers are in a state of shock from the brand of basketball the Eastern Conference brings. This isn't Utah or ing Phoenix.
It'll be some kind of fluke if LA is able to win 2 games in a row given how inferior they appear over the last 4 games. Celtics I think are +56 in the paint over the last 4 games... so we always say jump shooting teams can't win les, and that's exactly what LA is being morphed into by the greatness of this Celtics defense.
ALso, if the law of averages is worth a damn, Ray Allen's due for a monstrous shooting game. He's missed what, his last 16-17 3's? Although the Lakers are doing a pretty good job defensivel.y.
So, Cubby, is it Boston Spurs or San Antonio Celtics? Please make up your mind.
Depends on Gasoft...if he is over his monthly period then LA
