I wonder why people haven't picked up the Washington Wizards yet. They have a significant amount of cap space, the 1st pick of the 2010 NBA draft, and cheap young talent.

If there are only a few teams left remaining, I suppose I just have to take one as well.

Judges will award points based on the team roster, salary, goal of the team and how far you are ahead based on your targets. The transaction rules are on the first page. You might want to check out the rules of the CBA yourself to get a distinct advantage.

The best way to know is to get all the participants ready and the thing started, of course.

I mean as far as players opting out, how it's determined where Wade/Bosh/LeBron/etc. land. If that's coming out later that's fine, just curious

Alright, count me in. I only halfway understand the CBA rules so it will be an interesting experience (aka I'll lose), but this seems like a great way to learn it.
