Three great tracks from Recovery

I'm not a huge fan of Eminem. And that song started out blah. And the sample is ehhh. And Lil Wayne just annoys me. But wow... Eminem just starts to go crazy once he gets on the track. Nothing really new about his style or delivery. Clearly the style he's done before. But he absolutely crushes that beat in the middle of the song.

I dig Em...not a fan of Lil Wayne whatsoever. The main reason I put this song on here was to show he's still got the ability to go off. Dude is amazing, IMO. He's back to his old style, which is what he needed to do. Those accents and all that other garbage he did in Relapse were just ridiculous.

So Lupe was was going to do those Bobby Ray tracks. Glad he didn't. I'm not a big fan of nothing on you but the rest of that album is sick.

currensy is real lazy on this verse, but i dig this beat. and Jay Elec's verse is nice.

As for some recent ..

The Roots' new album is very solid, I'm not a big Roots guy, but I still enjoyed it a lot, some nice cameos too..

I found Recovery to be a little overrated..I'm a fan of Eminem's, but it received too much hype, probably because he hasn't been on his game in a while..
