    TRAIL BLAZERS ACQUIRE 34TH OVERALL PICK FROM GOLDEN STATE
    Portland gives Warriors 44th pick and cash considerations


    PORTLAND, Ore. – The Portland Trail Blazers have acquired the 34th overall pick in the 2010 NBA Draft from the Golden State Warriors in exchange for the 44th overall selection and cash considerations, it was announced today by General Manager Kevin Pritchard.

    The Trail Blazers now hold the 22nd and 34th overall picks in Thursday’s NBA Draft.

    Something like that...

    I think it's likely we'll package 22 and 34 to move up higher in the draft. We're certain to do more deals.

    maybe the blazers should trade with the Lakers. We'll give you Luke Walton, our second round pick and future sensation, Josh Powell for Martell Webster and Brandon Roy.

    The Lakers wouldn't want damaged goods considering Portland has a great history with knee injuries. Roy might be a gamble.

    Naw, he was drafted as a Laker. But even though he's from Jersey, he may have family roots in Portland and that might be enough to his knee up ......
