Agree with you on every match save Paraguay-Japan. Call it a gut feeling, cuz I sure don't profess to be a football expert, but I wouldn't be surprised if that was an upset.

Uruguay is better of course and I hope they will win, but I think the Koreans will upset.
Spain will not make it far I think as usual.
USA is doing pretty good and they will probably beat Ghana. Ive predicted them to go far before the tournament started and they're still here. Ghana should not be too much of a problem I think. Plus, they are so motivated right now, they just keep on fighting. I love it.
