You know Messi is not the only Argie player on the roster, right?

I just hope Tevez keeps playing as hard as he has been. His energy has been key for us.

Blanco can come in off the bench. He can't start though. Just ruins Mexico's tempo in first half.

Thank god they play at 11:30. I went to bed at 4 yesterday and woke up at 8. Doubt I'll be waking up before 9 tomorrow.

    Projected line up

    ---------Perez-----------
    Salcido Moreno Maza Osorio
    --Torrado Marquez Juarez--
    --Barrera Chicharito Gio--

Holy there is a God. (hope it's true)

Now if Mexico loses it will be much easier to bear knowing we had our best line up out there. (Still have a ty goalie though)

Nice to see Barrera start over an underwhelming Vela.

It's either Juarez or Castro.. Juarez >>> Castro. He has been playing pretty bad this world cup though. This is were Mexico would of benefited from keeping Jona Dos Santos.. but instead we got whack ass Bofo on the bench.
He should switch Barrera with Guardado though. And have Barrera first off the bench.

We gonna go to HP to watch the game?

Maybe we can see the INS waiting in the bars to take all the illegals.

According to one of the Univision broadcasters, it is rumored that Ochoa might start tomorrow....

And that apparently Guardado is pissed because he's not playing where he's best.

I think Vela is going to start, he's practiced today... so he might be in the starting line up.

    I hope for a

    Ochoa
    Salcido Moreno Maza Osorio
    Torrado Marquez Guardado
    Dos Santos Hernandez Vela/Barrera

We all know that's not going to happen so I can only hope for a 2-1 Argentina

Unlike 06, I'm not at all scared of this match. I've seen this movie before, I know how it ends.

Good luck to the Argies vs England next match.

There's no way it could hurt as bad as 2006. The tease to go up early and lose in ET. Not even losing in penalties can be that bad, cause Mexico has been bad at penalties forever.

That would be pretty damn nice

Also, imagine Jonathan Dos Santos playing on the opposite side of Gio, It would give the team other options throughout the match and have threats on both sides. Aguirre is still an idiot, regardless of the miracle that will happen.

The loss to Bulgaria in pk's at the Meadowlands in 94 hurt pretty ing bad, actually, a lot more than the Maxi loss.

What really sucked about 06... was that Mexico outplayed Argentina for the majority of the game.

    Maxi's shot was amazing.

That's strange, why would Aguirre change his goalie now after some normal performances by him?

This could be a pretty entertaining match with a lot of goals, they both have a lot of talent and speed in the attack and are a little shaky and slow in the back.

I'm so ing nervous, I have an awful feeling about this match.
