    Schmeichel couldn't stop that
    You're kidding right?

There was only one gap , that's where it was shot... Conejo had a chance to block it if he was taller....

Not taking anything away from the goal, but it's not an impossible save at all.

    True. Just venting.

    I'm already over this, though.

Argentina was fortunate early with Mexico hitting the pipe and having 2 more just miss wide then get the fortunate non call, but they've finished like assassins on their chances. Excellent display of finishing ability.

How is the dominican republic doing at the WC, brah?
They broke their toes trying to figure out how to kick a baseball.

son he was positioned right, but for the situation before the ball bounced, he can't reposition in one second ... being short did make it impossible to reach the ball BUT the distance was like 0.8-1 m so even a considerably taller keeper would have problems to save that from the initial (normal) positioning,

I just hope we get a competent coach that will start the right players from the get-go.

I can't wait to see Aguirre leave the team, with the talent we have now you can't up the lineups by putting the washed up ers in the field.

That's all I look forward to, Mexico's future looks promising, but if you don't put it on the field we won't get better anytime soon.

They need a great coach that will develop the young guns as a team.

Gio has been kind of disappointing, he hasn't created as much as he has in the past.

The last one was pretty boring. 2007 was exciting throughout though. 8 championships, holmes.

Sans today, I think Gio has been good. Salcido has definitely been the best though. Shame he's probably gonna be too old for the next WC.

He's extremely quick with the ball and can create opportunities, but needs to work on his shot.

    He should be picked up...

He might be a better fit, having coached Vela and Dos Santos he might do wonders for Barrera and Chicharito
