Without electricity does not equal "destroyed." There was plenty of factors of not getting the electricty turned on. Some "weak ass " can't be helped.
so, again, what podunk town do you live in that would let a category 1 hurricane keep them without electricity for 4 days?
"plenty of factors" = being a podunk, ty town?
In the air and now on a train. NHC still has it coming ashore in Northern Mexico, not South Texas. 3 day forcasts are good within a couple hundred miles so its obviously still easily likely to go into the Valley or deep south Texas but I would be pretty surprised to see it near Corpus.
Probably not. If it does hit there, just go surfing point break style.
Hey, when did Manny die, and who made you god???![]()
I just want to know if SA is going to get some rain?
rofl. F surfing, i want to go fishing. There's really no surfing to be done in rockport anyways
Damn!!! Bad news!We were going to Rockport this weekend.
You're going on vacation with thispego?? I'm not sure I approve.....
Isn't rain on your wedding day supposed to be good luck?
*sigh*
why? you jealous? you can come to baby![]()
Oh and San Antonio freaks out about floods? In the almost 7 years I've been here I've only seen freak outs about snow; it's pretty funny really![]()
actually a tropical storm coming through would only help fishing. pego, you might actually catch something more than hardhead in rockport because that's all that's ever there.
Its ing true. I've caught more quality fish in the ing canal for the boats behind my boys bayhouse than I have in the ing bay there.
Looks great!
We need to rain to fill up tanks.
Oh just wait. If we get the full force (like it comes in anywhere just a bit north of Brownsville to Corpus) it wil lbe on the news 24/7.
true, a little rain would help, but a lot of rain would keep us out of the water altogether. I in hate hardheads
thanks for the invite manny
well when you have storms coming in from the gulf, the fish usually follow the currents all the way into the bay. if the currents are strong and the rain isn't too bad, you should have a of a fishing trip.
John Honore just posted this...
Its looking more & more like Alex is going to make landfall somewhere in a window 100 miles North & South of Port Isabel - and will have a MAJOR impact on our weather here in South Texas during the second half of this week
Christy--not only that, but what about the fireworks??
Dayum!!! Congratulations SW & Userwhoeveryouare!!!!![]()
