Is Richard Jefferson available as a free agent for this? If so he's high on the Knicks wishlist if
LeBron's not coming over, as is Amar'e, Dirk, and Bosh

I believe RJ opted in for purposes of the game.

Report: Richard Jefferson decides not to exercise his ETO.
After a poor season in San Antonio, Richard Jefferson decides to opt in for his final year on his contract.

Bah, no. I saw that ESPN report and quickly just reported here. He opted out.

And to Minnesota, Joe Johnson finds your offer insulting. Seriously, who the offers a base contract these days?

My bad. I assumed since it had already been reported, we were going with that, but understandable.

Good lord, only a few people have actually sent in their free agency stuff. Really hard to keep people focused these days.

I wanna offer LeBron a max contract and a max to whoever he wants (Bosh/Wade/Amar'e.)

If I can't get LeBron, I'd like to offer something to Richard Jefferson (I'd also as Mike D'Antoni, like to shoot myself.)

Rudy Gay accepts Grizzlies offer and O.J Mayo kills himself.

Salary cap is set at 58 million. MLE is set at 5.7 million as per recent updates. I believe.

Per team policy, contracts terms are not disclosed.

    Just kidding...

GM AFBlue said in a statement "I'm proud to announce a 5yr, $65M deal that will keep Rudy as a key member of the Grizzlies for the forseeable future. We really feel like he has the talent and upside you can build around and are excited to have a player of his calibur as he enters the prime of his career."

The deal starts at $10.5M/yr and escalates at roughly 10.5% each successive year.
