All of the boys were wearing Spurs pins as tie-tacks. Since I wasn't going to make them wear jackets, they needed something to keep their ties in check ... so I grabbed all of the season ticket holder pins I'd gotten over the years as a last-minute solution. I thought it would tie-in how we met perfectly.

Chris' family was cracking me up. One of his uncles got locked out by the door going out to where you had all the goodies. Anyway, he knocked and another uncle let him in. I didn't hear what was said initially, but I heard, "Well, who did you think it was knocking?, and the uncle that opened the door replied, "some asshole!"

OMG ... and we didn't even have alcohol! You should hear them when they've had a few. Chris' aunt gets all embarrassed, but we are all usually hysterically laughing. His grandmother was the one who made me choke on my champagne, though.It did!
