Basically that Kobe shot like and still won because he had guys who could step up and help him. Then said none of them (Wade/Lebron/Bosh) have been in that position for years, and that that's the reason they all came together. So they wouldn't all have to do everything for their teams, and could rely on their teammates to step up if they have a bad game.
Lebron speaks the truth. LA's most beloved son has been gifted top level talent for virtually his entire career. On draft day, after flipping the bird to Charlotte, he walked into a locker room that featured Shaquille O'Neal, a rookie Derek Fisher, Nick Van Exel, Robert Horry, Eddie Jones, Cedric Ceballos, and Elden Campbell. When Lebron entered his locker room, he saw Big Z and not much else.

3 years down the line, Phil Jackson came along, Shaq was at his dominant peak, and the Lakers roster was filled out with tough role players. 3 years down the line in Cleveland, Lebron got Larry Hughes.

Kobe finally experiences what Lebron went through his first 5 years in Cleveland during the famed Smush/Kwame era. Didn't last long, though. Next thing you know a top tier big man is headed to Tinseltown while Lebron gets Mo Williams.

I'm sure Lebron, and to an extent Dwyane Wade, said to themselves, "Here we are the two best players in the league, but this Kobe can routinely shoot 40% and win 'ships. But when we shoot 40%, there ain't another there good enough to bail us out. Kobe goes 6-24 and wins a Finals MVP. When we shoot like that, people call us chokers. What the can we do?"

    Thus, the Superfriends were born.

No dumbass people criticize LeBron for quitting in the semis and leaving Cleveland on national television.

And who the called Wade a choke? Dude is clutch.

And you know why LA won even though Kobe went 6-24? Because of defense. I think only 1 or 2 players in Game 7 shot an effecient percentage. That whole game was an offensive struggle.

Kobe haters..you guys are too funny. Dude wins and is a class teammate. LeBron is a fraud and he will NEVER be able to fix this.

Excuses have been made for him his entire life. I asked people if they would make an excuse for him last year after they got Jamison and Shaq and they promised they wouldn't until LeBron quit again.

THERE ARE ZERO EXCUSES THIS YEAR.

I can speak for all of Canada when I say that Toronto has been treated as an NBA doormat. First it was Damon Stoudamire, then Tracy McGrady followed by Vince Carter and now Chris Bosh leaving town. No American star player wants to play here so the Raptors are reduced to signing soft european players. Why should the fans give a damn anymore? Once Steve Nash retires, alot of Canadians will stop paying attention to the NBA.

Meh, no one cares that much about Bosh. Same cycle for 15 seasons. Draft an All-star, make stupid moves (or involve a moron like VC into the front office), lose All-Star, start from scratch.

With Colangelo making idiotics moves every second (I think he just signed Vlade Divac), Bosh would have been foolish to stay. But like LeBron, people here can't stand his behavior over the past year. Playing dumb, acting like he wasn't aware where he was going, Twittering like a little : "Gee guys what's the fuss about? I'm enjoying my waffles."

Please, just leave. Say you want a better chance at winning, and leave. How Roy Halladay left the Jays is a textbook example of class, and people didn't really want Bosh's bull .

All in all, he acted like the womanly RuPaul predator he is. I hope that got breaks his bony legs in game one.

Wade's gonna get hurt guys...I'm calling it right here. I'm not wishing for it but its going to happen. The last time the Heat were le contenders, Wade had a severe injury.

The way he plays is so reckless and he will only be more vulnerable now that he has a real goal to win and everyone is targeting "The Fake 3".

There thats my nickname for them: "The Fake 3": Featuring LeChoke James, D-Whistle, and Chris 'I actually do look like a Raptor' Bosh.

LA won game 7 because Pau Gasol went 19 and 18 and Cleveland lost Game 6 because Antawn Jamison went 5 and 5. Switch Jamison for Gasol and LA doesn't beat the Thunder. If you can't recognize the talent difference between the two players, then you should be forbidden from participating in anything basketball related for life.

As long as LBJ and Bosh never lose this TEAM USA unselfish at ude, LeBron, Wade, and Bosh will retire as Miami Heat players.

    I can guarantee you that.

Pat Riley and Micky Arison are top 2 front office in the NBA. Once you meet them and play for them, you don't ever want to leave.

    Unless your name is Shaq.

Anyway, guarantee. Unless LeBron changes and turns into a selfish asshole who wants to be "the man" again, then all 3 will retire as Heat players.

wow. on the ing money. great post.

I will add something even further, you may or may not agree.

If Kobe wasn't a ing pussy and actually played for the team that drafted him, Charlotte Hornets, he would have 0 les right now.

He wouldn't be the same player, and not even HALF as famous as he is today.

He should kiss Laker management feet, and Shaq/Phil for those 3 rings and the opportunity to grow and learn from the best.

So you're going to sit here and tell me the Cavs did not keep improving the roster around LeBron? GTFO People exaggerate how much better Kobe's teammates are compared to LeBron. Early in LeBron's career you have a case, but when he quit in that Boston series that goes out the window. His teammates didn't let him down he quit on them. What do you have to say about that genius?

And times have changed with Kobe and he's become a great teammate. He's matured, a word LeBron will probably never know now. I'll give you a small example. Watch this video and see how Kobe defends Adam Morrison. Seems like no big deal, but it is. LBJ would have probably had an hour long special about ripping on the guy the next day.

Try enjoying it though because its actually funny!
