simple....timmy "lead" his team to 4 rings.....lebron couldnt do that....
Lebron couldn't win in 7 years at Cleveland. If he wins now, it will be because he had so much help that no one will be impressed. If he doesn't win, then... well.
With Bosh and Wade his stats are going to go down as well, which means no more MVP awards. Lebron already peaked a few years ago. Wade is injury prone and already peaked as well. Bosh is a poor rebounder and is overrated. Even if Lebron wins one ring, he ain't gonna win 4.
Finally, the Heat had to dump 2 first round picks and 2 second round picks to get Lebron, plus $16 million. They are already short players as it is.
Great; Wade, Bosh, and Lebron can street ball it at the olympics. We'll see what they can do in the NBA where the real talent is.
Lebron has never even won a sinlge game in th NBA Finals after 7 years. His physical skills are overrated. Dwight Howard and Durant have more physical skills. Look for Oklahoma City, Orlando, and San Antonio to fight it out for the next ring, with Lebron pulling a George McGinnis.

I can think of a lot of reasons.
You gotta figure that at age 25 Lebron's window to go down as an all time winner in the NBA is the next 7-8 years. 10 years is probably pushing it.. How likely is it Lebron wins 4 or 5 les in that time-frame??
Hmm, I'm really not sure about Dwight Howard having more physical skills than Lebron James..
We've seen guys like Dwight Howard (physically) play before. The first 3 to come to mind are Wilt, DRob and Hakeem.
I don't think the NBA has EVER seen a player like Lebron. As fast as a PG, built like Karl Malone, as athletic as Jordan and can handle the rock.
I love Tim Duncan but this hatred for LeBron that has suddenly become so fashionable and the attempts by people to say that he isn't, in fact, all that good a player are just plain silly.
lol Kevin Durant more physically talented than LeBron James![]()
Character wise, it probably will never happen for LeBron, but as far as winning and being a superstar in the league, all of what has happened will be forgotten and it will be forgotten a lot quicker if and when his team wins a le. In the end James may well be the greatest player ever. How a person acts off the court really doesn't matter if he fills seats and makes teams winners if not champions.
Another one of ur classics. Equating Lebrons situation at Clevelend to Timmy's in SA is an act of an imbecile. I really dont get how u ppl have got so little pride to type in such obvious stupities, dont u censor urself even a tiny bit?
I still don't know whether Galileo is a troll or not..it's extremely difficult to tell, probably more than any other poster on ST..at least this isn't one of his conspiracy theories that we're accustomed to..
you're paranoid enough to be a conspiracy theorist. All you need is some meat to bite into.

At 20-30 years remove, I can see the Kobe/Lebron thing being like Bill Russel/Chamberlain thing. Wilt was a physical freak and put up all kinds of numbers, but in the end, most give the nod to Russell because of his two fists full of rings to Wilt's one or two. Some guys just aren't on court killers and game closers, and I can see LeBron fitting into that category quite neatly.
what about the Lakers?![]()
your stupid arguments....
Really? The Spurs competing for a le? Not going to happen until we reboot
Given events of the past 3 days I'd say they're actually pretty good.
was there really a need for this thread when its obvious?
What?
I said 4 or 5 les in 7 or 8 years not 1 or 2 in 7 or 8 years?
What do you think NBA les grow on trees??
Lebron and Wade already peaked...
