Cuban always calls for business transparency. If anything, Heat aside, he wants the league to clearly define what cons utes tampering. If he and Kerr are going to be fined for comments on TV and radio, then how can something like this happen right under Stern's (giant ing) nose with little investigation? It's also going to be up to another owner to broach the subject as Cle/Tor are now gified after receiving picks and TEs that they won't scream foul themselves.
