Summer of 2005. We just won a hard fought battle with another good NBA team, the Pistons. It was the 2nd Championship in 3 years, we had the leagues undisputed MVP. Next to the MVP we had tall guys who had testicles intact. Our role players were guys like Bob Horry, Bruce Bowen. We had the team in the NBA. As to additions, we got what was considered one of if not the best deals in the free agency, Unrestricted Mike Finley with Cuban footing the bill for all but a couple mil a year. We could use Finley for 10, maybe 15 minutes a game off the bench to hit some stretch treys. We couldn't sign Lewie Scola just then, but we knew his Euro contract buyout would eventually lower in the summer of 2007. None of our players posed in mascara and a burqua hat.
We could have even, maybe, signed the best coach in basketball. Summer 2005 he was completely sick of Kobme and a free agent. But surely not even Pop could screw up the train we were on, right? 4 of 6 Championships, 5 of 7 even?

It's Game 7 of the Celtics-Lakers. KG does a nice quick step to get past Pao Gasol for a layup. Beaten, Gasol simply hacks KGs hand, clear for all to see. No whistle, no foul. Jeff Van Grunts say, and i kid you not, quote: "Good block by Gasol, hand is part of the ball."
People that was just one play but it epitomizes what the WWE-NBA has become? Mike Finley and Matt Bonner take over as our 3/4 combo. So back to 2005, were the Spurs and their leader really that stupid so as to undo all that Championship building to bring us to this? Or is this all just part of a script?

What's your question?

Yeahhh... and that's why the Spurs swept "THE CHOSEN ONE" in the 2007 NBA Finals
Did Pop get plied with wine, more wine, and more wine and promises of a future of constantly replenished wine in a backroom meeting somewhere with Stern, Buss and the other NBA fixers?
Would that explain the stupidity of what became SpursFail summer 2005-present with the deal being an allowance for the 2007 le?
The 2005 Lakers at their lowest point and drastic measures needed to be taken to restore the WWE les?
Were payments made and the script began?
"Because if one or more championships are fixed, it means they all must be."
Fail. Try looking for some spelling or grammar errors.![]()
Definitions of seize on the Web:
* take hold of; grab; "The sales clerk quickly seized the money on the counter"; "She clutched her purse"; "The mother seized her child by the arm"; "Birds of prey often seize small mammals"
Definitions of cease on the Web:
* discontinue: put an end to a state or an activity; "Quit teasing your little brother"
Why wouldn't they be? If it's that easy, why not do it all the time?
Try making sense in a post and not making up horrible nicknames.Fail. Try looking for some spelling or grammar errors.![]()

To feign semblance of legitimacy.
When have the Spurs won a le with Pao Gasol for Matt Bonner.
21 FTs to 5 to end a game, when about 6 of them were deserved.
Mike Finley and Matty Bonner extended and extended again.
Bruce Bowen run off the team.
Lewie Scola given away to Hou for nothing.
It's all old issues Chump, altho they continue. I was not present at the meeting. But it's more plausible then what became of the Spurs since summer 2005.
You forgot Mahinmi going to dallas...
yes, the NBA made the Spurs trade Scola
And someone who is not a spurfan can make a conspiracy for all the Spurs' championships.
And it is just as much of a waste of time.
All old issues, Fabbs, although they continue.
The Spurs got Tim Duncan.
It's a conspiracy.

Not made, "plied".
Time for you to run along, Chumpy.
I see you have.
Bye.
Now after Matty Bonner, Jefferson extended to the tune of a possible 4 years 40 million?
But Bruce Bowen couldn't be brought back for 1 million (or less) last season all the way up until the deadline? After Finley divorced Popped?
Come on. If the Spurs had brought back a player that nobody else in the NBA made a serious effort to acquire, everyone would have caught the scent of their complicity in the league's conspiracy and the whole thing would have been exposed. This kind of stuff requires at least some degree of subtlety.
Isn't known if Bowen would have accepted anywhere but San Antonio.
I do not claim to know if any team made an offer.
Is known that Popazit made no offer.
I'm making a comparison.
Finley extended again (before he bolted)
Matty Bonner actually offered a new contract of 4 freaking years.
RJ given 15 million last year and now ___? million for ____? years.
Yet no spot for Bowen at 1 million (an offer at least) the last half of last year.
I submit no team is this stupid. Unless it's intentional.
the whole thing isnt fixed all the time, obviously...
but the league certainly can, and DOES, intervene at times to 'help along' a certain agenda. this is 100% indisputable, anyone denying this is in pure denial. ive already gone over every single point in great detail, but if anyone wants to know any specific thing in particular or wishes to challenge this fact, feel free to ask me.
