I can see it
Yes
No
the shaq era doesnt count
Absolutely not. It took a perfect storm for the guy to get his 5th. among a myriad of other things...the Gasol trade, preferential treatment from every referee in the league, and a key injury to Kendrick Perkins. And he wouldn't have gotten a sniff at the 4th if it weren't for the Gasol trade, which was criminal anyway.
So no, thankfully this jag off will not get a 6th.
High probability that Kobe gets his 6th. Higher probability than the Heat getting their 2nd.
Lest we forget the Lakers are in the hunt for their 17th which by all accounts, is all that matters to me as a Laker fan.
Doubtful the Heat get 7-8 in a row like some idiots here claim.
At the end of the day it is the Lakers that will maintain that legacy for years to come. Not the Heat.
The heat are but a mere grain of sand in the hourglass of time. NBA Championship time that is.
This Heat team is getting waaayy to hyped.![]()
The same was said after Kobe's 4th. "No way he gets his 5th".
I'll give you guys this; you guys are relentless as .![]()
Hater gonna hate.
Lakers is pretty much the only team that could compete against the heat next year. my heart says, spurs but...........
I'll go with the always correct Vegas odds. Heat win.
Kobe will be 32 at start of season. That's it for him. Expect a significant injury this season to him.
Garnett avoided injury until about this age too.
The Celtics and their fans disagree with you.
So you captured the King and Dragqueen in free agency, yet you're still praying for a significant injury to Bryant in 2011. Why son, you scared?
Garnett is not the heath and conditioning nut that Kobe is either.
Miami, man brother, your setting yourself up for a major letdown 11 months from now.
Your team is great on paper, no doubt but your really, really underestimating the potential and firepower the Lakers still have.
Has histroy taught you anything?
...Just sayin...
Kinda agree with you. I hate the Lakers as much as the next guy, but it's foolish to doubt a team that has won back-to-back championships. They're still a team to beat unless another team takes them down.
spot on ezau
Making a prediction based on Kobe's tired body and his age means I am "praying" for an injury?
![]()
You predicted the Cavs a week ago tonite even after LeBron said: "Miami." You little tanger, you. You were adorable!
The insinuations are strong though....
no brainer...after the LeCrab debacle I started to like Kobe a lot more
He will but he ain't no Jordan as he was second banana on three of them![]()
that's hilarious. who would've thought that Kobe Bryant, after all the he's been through, would be looked upon as the Savior of the NBA and how The Golden Child has fallen so far.
What's my argument?
If he plays like he did towards the end of last season, I have to say no. I think the Miami Heat and the Chicago Bulls are too strong to let him have another; he will have to earn it.
Idk something about how Kobe's 3 didn't count because Kobe had Shaq? wasn't this yesterday post of mine?
