I noticed that too. DoK has made himself look pretty re ed in this thread.
Is anybody going to bring up the fact that Tebow wasn't old enough to vote in 2004?

12+ pages of annoyed spur haters. Splitter is the real deal!
that's right es. Splitter has arrived.
I will take that any day of the week--Oberto was one of those types that could have a brilliant game without dominating, and most importantly, didn't hurt the team when he wasn't scoring.
At least this s the odds of the Spurs taking a s acking/skunk style from the Phoenix Suns ever again.
Even Bonner can look good on YouTube. Some are gonna be pretty upset to actually see Tiago play. I'm sure they'll blame Pop some how tho.
what badass hookshots
This guy will make a great ing spur![]()
If splitter has a massive game he'll be deemed the savior. If he has a bad game, spurs fan will contemplate suicide and start scola threads.
Either way, he's a big upgrade over what the Spurs had last year. He's a competent and smart 7-footer who will help match up with the lakers front court. It's exatly what the spurs needed.
And im not sure if suns fan/mav fan was just trolling or actually trying to argue that Tony Parker is an average NBA PG...but that's one of the most ridiculous arguments I've seen on here in awhile. Including koriwhat arguments.
I don't think Parker is an "average" point guard, my argument was more that it's stupid to act like 2009 Parker is how Parker has played his entire career. If I said "average" then it was trolling
2006-2008 Parker is the more realistic judgement. 18ish points per game, and 6ish assists per game, borderline all star every year. That's better than average but it's not the top 3 PG people said Parker was after 2009.
If he has output like Scola, he'll be perfect for the Spurs. It will be like having Robinson back those final two years before he hung up his basketball shoes.
Wow, Goran. You talk all that crap about Tebow and he couldn't even vote. You're a loser.
That's accurate. If he stays healthy and is asked to dominate the ball like he was during the 08-09 season then id expect to see him put up similar (21-22 ppg, 6-7 apg) numbers. This is a contract year, after all.
The guy has played with Scola. Scola think he will make a great addition and would like him on the Rockets. He thinks Splitter is perfect Spurs material, he is a quick learner, a very good passer and has a high Bball IQ.
He will allow Duncan fewer minutes which right now is the most important thing. Pop will not be scared to put him on the floor because he does not know what is going on like Jefferson and Ian. And as the season progresses he will get more time and Duncan less before the playoffs.
What concerns me is how tough he will play inside and will he use his length effectively in the NBA game. He will not be a great scorer or shot blocker. Will he be able to spread the floor effectively and fit into various units that Pop will undoutably try him in? Can he open up the floor for other players with his passing and screening off the ball or pick and roll? Ginobili is elated as he thinks Splitter will be able to fit in with any unit just like Ginobili is able to do because the bottom line is, the kid knows basketball.
It was a coup by the Spurs yet again. Fans from other teams just show their ignorance if they cannot see this. I dislike the Lakers immensely, but Blake was a very good pickup for them as well. A majority of "fans" from other teams just dont know basketball or are just acting as gnats that should be ignored.
i love how you suspect him to be a bust in the nba after just winning a 'ship in the 2nd toughest league and winning mvp awards too in that league. if anything he might not live up to hyped expectations but he'll definitely not be another mahinmi and will see floor time for damn sure and will produce!
At least compare him to someone with a similar game. Or are you just making this up as you go along?
I feel like a genius for knowing the difference between the two. I'm sure you feel the same way for making such a specific comparison.
You ever seen splitter play...like in a game? Youtube highlights don't count
or just because you cheer for the mavs don't make them worth a damn... yeah that one. your logic is flawed but so is the rest of that same fanbase you're part of. how's lebron working out for dallas btw?
oh and the spanish league isn't a minor league... just because it's not in the USA doesn't mean it's minor. it's a pro league so again, you're the dumbass.
Thank you for this very worthy addition to the Koriwhat section of the Lakaluva library.
Let's see where to file this one. 391 (Fashion) would seem the obvious choice, but as with Lakaluva, the seemingly simplest phrases and quotes often suggest so much more about his personality and mentality.
I'm going with 596 (Vertebrata, Craniata, Vertebrates). Because you definitely got to have some backbone to go out in public wearing capris and tube socks.
I think I'll also cross-file this in 301.9 (Sociology/Social Conflicts). I'm quite sure that Koriwhat has been involved in many social conflicts that resulted in getting his ass beat for dressing up like an 18th Century dandy, the capris and tube socks being a modern day replacement for knee high pantaloons and stockings.
A one-legged Parker is head and shoulders better than Goran Beno Udrih Dragic
Did you just get back from your dead wife's tombstone?
