TBH, the Lakers are pretty huge in Canada, and most Canadian Laker fans are all the same..I don't want to generalize, but it's true..I'm friends with a good amount of Canadian Laker fans too, so I'm very familiar with their stupidity in regards to basketball..

Kobe scoring 81 on them has a big part to do with that though..

I think it should be percentage of votes like most Hall of Fames. Usually if someone gets 75% of the votes then they get it.
