    YES! Is dream come true. The President of Greek Basketball Federation just announce that Greek League will change into 2 new leagues next season.

    First is domestic league which will have 8 clubs.

    Next is the new league of Mediterranean which will have many clubs and is super league. Way better than Spanish League and maybe even as good or better than Euroleague. This is great news. Future of Greek basketball is wonderful now.

    Now Greek League top division will become Mediterranean League

    Teams of new league will be

    Montepaschi Siena
    Lottomatica Roma
    Armani Milano
    Benetton Treviso
    Panathinaikos Athens
    Olympiacos Piraeus
    Aris Thessaloniki
    Maroussi
    PAOK
    Panellinios
    Fenerbache Ulker
    Efes Pilsen
    Galatsarray
    Besiktas
    Turk Telekom
    Maccabi Tel Aviv
    Hemofarm
    Partizan Belgrade


    Greek Federation will oversee new league. There is a big TV contract and all games will be available in international TV just like Euroleague and games will be available online. Will have English language website.

    Also teams must have 5,000 arena and by 2012-13 season must have 10,000 arena.
