Joey's gone gray!
Six years after the finale of "Friends" — and four after spinoff "Joey" ended — fans might be shocked to see Matt LeBlanc, now 43, sporting silver hair.
But LeBlanc has a big secret bottled up. "I dyed my hair the whole time on 'Friends,'" he admitted Thursday at a Television Critics' Panel in Beverly Hills for his new Showtime series "Episodes."

"I just was sick of doing it," LeBlanc explained of darkening his locks.
And his 4-year TV hiatus was just what the doctor ordered, he said. "When 'Joey' ended, I took a lot of time off... I just really was kinda burned out. I just wanted to be a dad."

He looks kinda like Bruce Campbell with the gray.

lots of guys start going gray in their 30s, don't have to be old. Unless "30" is old to you.Like it...I'm old

I started going gray at 30. At least I still HAVE my hair. Better gray than bald.
Some of my co-workers (late 20s) say they see grays all the time. Younger friends (mid twenties) pull 'em out every time they see 'em hoping to keep them at bay. I haven't seen any yet.
Big whoop. The worst part is that now I'm about the age of all the characters on Friends. That's when you know when you're old. When you can relate to TV shows yougrew up watching.
I've never colored my hair and I've actually been complemented on my gray hair look. As surprising as that may be some.
I have had salt n pepper hair since i can remember i anticipate being all gray in about 8-10 years im only 20 right now.

I had a friend who started getting gray hair at about 14 after his brother was killed.
Never watch Friends so when I see this guy I think of Married With Children.
I think I am already going gray in my early 20's. Feels good being a reincarnated old soul.

What's wrong with an actor dying his hair? They do it all the time and a lot of actors start getting white and gray hairs in their 30s and even 20s. Nothing new here. I'm curious to see Matt's new comedy Episodes. Joey was an epic fail and probably one of the worst tv shows in the history of television. Maybe Episodes will be different.
He actually looks less douchier with the grey hair look. I agree with CC that going grey is alot better than going bald. I know guys in my age range who are doing both.
