I would kind of prefer it to be a v-neck, but other than that it looks nice. I like the wider shoulder part.

I remember reading an article a while back and it stated that Tim hated v-necks on jerseys so don't expect them until he retires.

I read somewhere that the reason the Spurs don't go back to the road jerseys that say San Antonio across is because the NBA and Adidas can't copyright "San Antonio" leaving them open to others making replica jerseys without fear of legal action.

I just found one of Gervin for sale online with the Adidas logo on it. Don't get why they don't make those the Spurs road jerseys again. I really like those.

No, you can't claim exclusive use of "San Antonio." You can however copyright/trademark the workmark as used (basically trademark how it is written).

That's how most companies register stuff that involves the city name.
