He's already unemployed numnuts....Mark my word though...MARK MY ING WORDS...Shaq even if he gets a job this year is about to go bat crazy either this year or the next b-cuz all his life he's been the center of attention or a big part of it...he got a pass from the media b-cuz of his fake humbleness...fake humor...and most importantly b-cuz he was a card carrying member of the Kobe hate club....no one ever taught him how to handle being irrelevant...it's something he's never experienced...and he's about to fall hard...it's all been a facade...poor guy... lol

I think you are right on. With a very expensive divorce pending, he is going to have cash problems. He lives an enormously expensive lifestyle, one that is dependent upon having oodles of cash flow to maintain.

This is a guy who has made $20M+ per year for a long time. I think taking a paycut to $2M per is more than just an ego problem for him... I think it presents a legit financial dilemma for him.

The obvious solution (quit spending so much money) is usually the most painful and many don't do it until too late.
